Lindsay Mattioli
Lindsay is a true beauty enthusiast whose beauty collection spans two closets and a Sephora professional trunk. She always has at least 10 lip gloss shades with her at any given moment, is elated when her friends text her for mascara recommendations and generally loves discussing all things beauty. Lindsay decided during her college days that she would try to turn her love of beauty into a career by becoming a beauty editor.
Post graduation she ended up with an assistant editor job at a technology publication, so she filled her beauty needs by spending hours trolling Sephora and various department store makeup counters, read every magazine imaginable and conducted continuous independent research to find the most elusive product in the beauty world: an eye cream that actually works.
Lindsay eventually landed a beauty writing gig where she interviewed top makeup artists, dermatologists and beauty industry trendsetters including Dr. Howard Murad, Bobbi Brown, Betsey Johnson and Dr. Frederic Brandt and covered everything from cosmetics to ingestible beauty. After a two year stint as a beauty publicist, Lindsay is now a full time freelance writer and beauty blogger. She’s also currently writing her debut fiction novel, which will of course be filled with plenty of NARS Orgasm blush and Lancome Touche Éclat references.
